Paul has worked with NHS Manchester for the last 18 months. The Patient Referral Centre found that they were saving patient letters in a separate database than the one they collect the patient data and statistics in. This caused difficulty in validating when there were queries and it was decided a more sophisticated method was required. Two new projects were initiated and data collection solutions had to be found. The service were unsure what their requirements were and engaged Blink Solutions to assist in the specification and developments.

Paul was a very patient and enthusiastic consultant. Paul teased out of us the requirements for the service – it was not an easy win! We have had many bright ideas together and changed our minds and the spec often but Paul never criticised or denied his time. In fact he came up with more variances in recording the data than we realised was possible and has become a valuable team player.

The Patient Referral Centre is being challenged with much more than their original remit and has had to step up to the mark and with the help of Blink Solutions, I have no concerns in taking on more responsibilities and being confident on my ability to report on them.
